Random Thoughts: The Sh*t We Don't Talk About (Paperback or Softback)

Parenting is chaos. Identity is layered. Mental health? A daily negotiation. But you’re not alone.

In Random Thoughts: The Sh*t We Don’t Talk About, queer father and storyteller Joseph Tito cracks open the curated surface of life to reveal what’s really going on underneath—the fear, the humor, the exhaustion, and the quiet, powerful moments of clarity.

Tito’s raw, unfiltered essays pull back the curtain on:

• Modern queer fatherhood and raising twins

• Building a nontraditional family through surrogacy

• Anxiety, burnout, and the pursuit of emotional survival

• Owning your truth, even when it’s messy

Whether you’re a parent, an ally, or a human simply trying to hold it together, this book is your reminder that perfection is overrated—and real connection lives in the chaos.

Equal parts confessional, cathartic, and laugh-out-loud funny, Random Thoughts is for anyone who’s ever Googled “how to adult” at 2 a.m. or cried into a lukewarm coffee.

If you love the honesty of Glennon Doyle, the vulnerability of Brené Brown, or the humor of surviving one more day—you’ll feel right at home here.
