Mary M. Cavanaugh, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the School of Social Welfare at the University of California, Berkeley. Jeffrey Draine, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Social Work and Psychiatry at the School of Social Policy and Practice, University of Pennsylvania.
