Jae Sok Son is an assistant professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at The University of Texas at El Paso. Benjamin C. Flores is an associate professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Texas at El Paso. He holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
