This book is written for business owners, managers, and technology personnel. Most of the book addresses project culture--recommendations for the business owners and managers contemplating or involved in a business management system implementation. The remainder of the book addresses more technical decisions and processes that can be undertaken for a rapid implementation. I've added the last two chapters because I needed to write those stories down and stop telling them to anyone whom I could corner long enough to listen.
This book doesn't develop an entirely new approach of project management. It relies upon components of common project management theories. It also suggests that many common project management processes may be set aside.
