Nathan Riley is a father of four and has worked in education for over 20 years, spending ten years as a primary school teacher and the last ten supporting children with special educational needs. After years of working with children and sharing countless stories with his own family, Nathan wanted to create books that children and grown-ups could genuinely enjoy together. As a dad, he appreciates just how special those moments spent sharing a story can be - the laughter, imagination and memories created simply by sitting down and reading (or rapping!) together. His first book, The Rapping Reindeer, grew from that idea - combining rhyme, humour, colourful characters and plenty of Christmas energy to make reading aloud part of the fun.Nathan continues to work in education and lives in the UK with his family. The Rapping Reindeer is the first adventure from Christmas Crew, with more festive stories - and plenty of other adventures - to come.
