Rational Thinking for Winners: Prepare to Join Comptetive World

During his more than 42 years, all over the world, long professional career, author observed that young managers have difficulty in handling simple day-to-day problems, which leave them stressed and adversely affected both in their work and private lives. In “Rational Thinking for Winners – Prepare to Join Competitive World”, he has worked to draw their focus on selected, important activities in details which are neither written in the text books nor taught in business schools. He also shares from his real-life experiences and reflects on how he handled problems. With global management knowledge at the foundation, the book is written in simple language and offers multiple modules that budding managers up to around 30 years of age can learn from as they try to overcome their lack of practical experience and succeed in the corporate world. The book has about 16,000 words and can be read in about 75 minutes.

Through his work, writer hopes his readers will, “Basically learn from other’s experience as they don’t have time to learn from theirs.”
