Raw Food Recipes: Better Health, More Energy, and Freedom from Chronic Illness

Have you ever over-cooked something in your kitchen?
What were the signs it was over-done? In extreme cases,
it might have been the smoke! Or perhaps you recall more
subtle signs: the food was tough and dried out, or it simply
smelled burnt.

Imagine taking another step back from over-cooking food. What if ANY
cooking of food compromised its nutrition and taste? Before you get too
far down the road of imagining chewing on raw bacon, let’s be clear
about the scope of this cookbook.

For millions of years our ancestors thrived on raw fruits and vegetables.
Though our behaviors have changed dramatically since the invention of
fire, our digestive systems still remember the value and importance of
raw, living foods. This cookbook can help maximize those benefits.

In this book you will find dozens and dozens of raw, delicious, living
recipes. No dairy, no eggs, no soy, no gluten. (Find out why this makes
sense by reading the Preface). From teas with healing spices, through
dips and seasonings, to raw gourmet cakes, there is a bite for all tastes.

It’s been said that “some folks eat to live while others live to eat!” No matter
which you are, this cookbook is for you. These recipes make for delicious,
wholesome and beautifully presented dishes, AND these recipes have
been life-changing in terms of people’s health, vitality and energy.

If you’re looking for more than a change in your diet, if you’re looking for
a change in your LIFE, this cookbook is for you.
