Jordan Maerin grew up in the Detroit area and graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Vegetarian since the age of 15, she became an accomplished chef both personally and professionally. Jordan discovered the amazing health benefits of raw foods at the age of 36, and has since enjoyed a physical and spiritual renaissance.
