Her work includes a variety of personal and relationship growth tools including NVC, Authentic Relating, compassionate inquiry, role-play dialogues, inner child work, use of positive affirmations, and more. She is the creator of Love Smart Cards, an educational tool that aids in the rapid learning and practical application of the basic principles in NVC and Positive Psychology, most notably the cultivation of empathy.
