Reactive Rescue Understanding The Misunderstood

I know exactly how that feels. I am the proud owner of a reactive dog. This is her story. I will take you through the struggles of every day life. The embarrassments, the judgemental looks. The “good” advices people will give you. And let’s not forget, the stress that comes with it.

You must be feeling like there is no way out. In this book I will tell you the story of Haley. She is a rescue dog who is reactive. This wasn’t known about her. I had never heard about it before. I guess we always had “normal” dogs as people will say. Haley is not easy in any way. She is actually a failed foster dog. Even though she makes life a lot harder and you have to adjust to it all, she has also taught me so much. She is the whole reason this book has come to live.

Within this book, you will get to know her and her background. You will see the reason why she is who she is. You will understand more about what reactivity is and how you can deal with it. What you can do, to help your dog. It is all about understanding. Your dog isn’t doing this to get at you or cause he or she is a bad dog. There are no bad dogs. Most of the dogs are just misunderstood. And I would like to help you understand your dog better. It will for sure strengthen your bond and communication.
