Indiäs education attention is focused on a number of problems that have as common factors, the need for more knowledge about reading and the ways and means by which children and adults can be helped to improve their reading skills. At the elementary, secondary, and college levels, where opportunities for schooling are being increased daily, probably the biggest single factor in success in proficiency in reading. Assistant Professor in Department of Library and Information Science, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. He has contributed 50 research papers in International and National level. He is recipient of Dr. T. V. Gedam Gold Medal, Best Teacher Award. His areas of specialization are Scientometrics and Information Technology.
