About the Authors: Harold J. Leavitt is Walter Kenneth Kilpatrick Professor of Organizational Behavior and Psychology in the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. He is the author of Corporate Pathfinders and the co-editor of Reading in Managerial Psychology, published by the University of Chicago Press.

 

Homa Bahrami is lecturer in organizational behavior in the School of Business Administration, University of California, Berkely, and research associate in  the Graduate School of Buisness, Stanford University.

Harold J. Leavitt is the Walter Kenneth Kilpatrick Professor Emeritus of Organizational Behavior and Psychology, Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. The late Louis R. Pondy was professor of business administration at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. David M. Boje works with Printers’ Connection, Culver City, California.
