About the Author
Brook Noel is the author of two other highly-acclaimed books, Back to Basics: 101 Ideas for Strengthening Our Children and Our Families and The Single Parent Resource. Currently, she writes as a columnist for Mom.Com and is the Editor-in-Chief of SingleParents: The Lifestyle Magazine for Today's Single Parent. Noel regularly conducts workshops on parenting and writing and has taught or lectures at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, The Los Angeles Times and many others. She has been featured, mentioned or appeared in the pages of Woman's World, Healthy Kids, Parent's Journal and other. Recently she has been asked to audition for a new parenting show to air on the Fox Health Network.
