About the Author
Dan Hamilton has held a broker’s license since 1989 and has had decades of experience as a full-time real estate brokerage owner. During this time, he has earned a reputation for integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, competence, and fidelity both with his peers and with his clients. He purchased his first office, Century 21, Main St. in Azle, Texas, and within one year it was recognized as a Top-Ten Office out of more than 50 real estate offices in the Southwest Region for Century 21. He bought Century 21, Main St. in Burleson, Texas, and within one year it was recognized as the fourth-ranked real estate office in the region. This office went on to receive the coveted Quality Service Award for Outstanding Customer Service from Century 21. Hamilton then started Century 21, Main St. Southwest in Fort Worth, Texas. This office is recognized as one of the fastest growing diversified companies in the Century 21 system for the Southwest Region. Dan Hamilton developed the Hamilton Real Estate Education School. This school helped numerous real estate professionals obtain and maintain their real estate education for their real estate career. He is a certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a lead trainer for licensure and renewal and is certified to teach all qualifying courses. He has logged over 30,000 hours teaching Real Estate SAE Courses and over 15,000 hours in Real Estate CE courses.
