Roman's life hasn't always been easy and he believes his struggles have not only made him stronger, but instilled a sense of compassion that drive him to better the world around him one step at a time. While consulting at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago he was splashed by a dolphin and this sparked an idea; what if dolphins had their own football league? And the rest is history.
