Reality and Hope: Reflections From a Coach's Chair

The world we live in needs more reality and certainly more hope. Hope without reality is fluff, and reality without hope is often bleak. When we blend these two together, we strike a more balanced chord and can make so much more meaning of our lives. Reality and Hope is a collection of brief essays by renowned speaker and business coach Steve Scanlon, representing the ideas, strategies and tactics discovered and created through his more than seventeen years of working one-on-one with clients in business and personal coaching. The writings will challenge and strengthen you, provide insight for achieving personal and professional goals, and motivate you to both self-reflection and action. Acting as a sort of travel guide on the path to personal growth, the essays are divided into chapters with themes such as taking action, discipline, relationships, communication, caring, health, challenges, perspective, persistence, and hope. Acting on these ideas can help every one of us, whether personally or in our businesses. Join us for the journey and fill your reality with hope.
