Death is coming.The threat looms across the world as human and caudata prepare themselves for the coming of Raisha. Arikura urges the UN and Mu to stand down as Raisha arrives, but others have different plans. Noah Sato is on the run with the werefox, Kest, to journey to the kaiju graveyard. Kest plans on unleashing Raisha onto the rest of the world and usher in a new era for the kaiju.
