About the Author

Sharon Dolin is the author of two books of poems, Heart Work (The Sheep Meadow Press) and Serious Pink (Marsh Hawk Press), and four chapbooks: The Seagull (The Center for Book Arts), Mistakes (Poetry New York Pamphlet Series); Climbing Mount Sinai (Dim Gray Bar Press); and Mind Lag (Turtle Watch Press). She has been the recipient of a national award from the Poetry Society of America, a Fulbright Scholarship to Italy, and has held several fellowships to Yaddo and The Virginia Center for the Creative Arts. She is the Coordinator and Co-judge of the Center for Book Arts Annual Letterpress Poetry Chapbook Competition and a Curator of the Center Broadsides Reading Series. She has taught at The Cooper Union, New York University, and The New School and currently teaches poetry workshops at the Unterberg Poetry Center of the 92nd Street Y in New York City, where she lives with her husband and son.
