Internationally renowned high-performance coach and mentor Nadine Muller was no stranger to adversity. A hurricane of events unfolded in a short amount of time: Nadine and her second child both nearly lost their lives, her husband faced a severe mental health crisis, her dad battled dementia and lost his life, while her father-in-law was given a dire prognosis. Life events collided in a way that gave Nadine two choices: be a victim and fall into a pit of despair, or RISE and take hold of the new life waiting for her.
