The Rebound Chick

In the game of basketball, a rebound is what happens when a player takes a shot, misses, and someone else swoops in to recover the ball—only to pass it off so the play can continue. In this raw and unfiltered urban romance, Seante Evans takes you on an emotional journey of one woman’s battle between what she wants, what she deserves, and the past that keeps her trapped in the in-between. Will she ever stop the cycle of being the rebound chick?
Dating has always been a cycle of hope and disappointment. But past trauma has a way of making temporary feel like enough. As she navigates love, heartbreak, and self-worth, Tiffany must ask herself: Is she ready for real love, or has she become too comfortable playing second place?
