Section one gives an introduction about the objective of change detection, definition of artificial neural network, learning of neural network, applications of neural net- work in remote sensing and the objective of this research. Section four concerned with implementation of MLP with BP training, output layer training and hidden layer training were discussed .Section five talking about multi-layer perceptron algorithm using back-propagation. Section six talking about using neural network for classification, the softwares that use neural network for classification were mentioned.
