Wear to covers, binding staples are rusted but holding, small damp stain to bottom of first few pages otherwise pages clean. An early edition of this small cookbook conceived as a way to advertise and sell the company's products which includes lard and margarine. The first edition was published around 1964 and became an instant favourite among Barbadians. The recipes are made mostly from locally grown and manufactured ingredients.
