This book is in good condition for its age. The pages are nice with no stains, tears or writing except for age discoloration of the pages. The hard covers are in good condition with minor overall wear including edge wear and discoloration from age. The binding is still tight but has been broken due to the heavy weight of this book. This can be seen in one of the pictures. The dust jacket is fair with lots of chipping and tears. There are no odors to this book.
