She has cooked all over New England for a variety of clients, including the Essex Conference Center in Massachusetts, Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Company of Vermont, and the President of the Disney Company, Michael Eisner. She is a member of the Vermont Fresh Network and Chef's Collaborative 2000 and actively supports Share our Strength, a national organization that is dedicated to fighting hunger. She caters weddings and parties, gives cooking classes, and is currently working on her next book on Savory Cheesecakes, Spreads and Dips.
