About the Author
Gail Piazza has developed and tested recipes and styled food for movies, television commercials, print ads and packaging for many high-profile clients for over forty years. In addition to authoring this cookbook, she wrote The World of Wok Cookery, and has also collaborated on a half-dozen other cookbooks. She has developed, adapted or tested recipes for numerous projects and clients; worked with small appliance designers to refine and test their products; and provided props and styled food for print, movies and television commercials. Her extensive list of clients has included All-Clad, Dr. Andrew Weil, Emeril Lagasse, Tony Little, Lennox, Krups, Farberware and Hamilton Beach/Proctor-Silex Inc. <P> Laura Piazza is an award-winning Certified Professional Photographer and graphic designer and has created thousands of design projects for many employers and clients. She is the graphic designer at University of New Hampshire at Manchester and operates her own freelance graphic design and photography business, Piazza Creative. She photographed the recipes featured in this book and designed the book.
