How to Recognize Good Policing: Problems and Issues

The emergence of community and problem-oriented policing is at the top of the policing reform agenda. How to Recognize Good Policing focuses on the obstacles, problems, and concerns impacting police reform, and it offers direction for formulating an easy-to-understand evaluation method.
