This is number 48 of 50 copies of the third edition. 8 line inscription from the author on the inner cover. Tucked into the book is a one page letter, being typewritten and signed, asking the recipient for a review of the book. Josph Butler's envelope is also iincluded. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
