Item description from seller

See photos for condition details. Hardcover, green cloth boards with black on front and spine. Spine shows fading and a bit of fraying along the top edge. Internal binding is good except for the hinge at the rear board which is about 70% cracked, binding on text pages is good and tight. Paper is toned due to age and minor foxing is present. No publication date listed but front pastedown shows a Christmas gift inscription from 1923 and front end page has faint indication of a price once penciled. Only real issue with this copy is the crack at the rear board.
