Reconciliation: Mission and Ministry in a Changing Social Order

Reconciliation: Mission and Ministry in a Changing Social Order
In a world marked by division, injustice, and rapid social transformation, Reconciliation explores one of the most urgent themes in Christian mission today: the healing of relationships―personal, communal, and global. Bringing together leading voices in theology, pastoral ministry, and social ethics, this volume examines reconciliation not merely as a doctrine, but as a lived practice rooted in the Gospel.

Through theological insight, real-world case studies, and powerful reflections on conflict and restoration, the contributors illuminate how Christian communities can become agents of healing. They address some of the most pressing challenges of our time―racial injustice, violence, poverty, and political polarization―offering a vision of mission centered on dialogue, solidarity, forgiveness, and transformative action.

This book serves as both a critical resource and an inspiring call to practice reconciliation as a way of life, shaping ministries that embody hope, justice, and renewed relationships in a changing world.
