Reconciling Friedman with Corporate Social Responsibility

"The business of business is business," said Milton Friedman more than 35 years ago leading to a fervent debate on the controversial issue of Corporate Social Responsibility. The author completed his PhD in Agricultural Economics at the University of Missouri-Columbia where he expanded his academic interests in Business Ethics and Corporate Social Performance.
