Many Christians are capable of sharing their personal testimonies for their Christian faith but find it difficult to answer many of the accusations that are leveled against Christianity in contemporary culture. The Reconstruction Project is an academic, single-volume treatment of issues commonly cited by Christians who deconstruct their faith. Christian college and seminary students especially, along with broader Christian audiences in churches, need a scholarly resource that deals with these pressing cultural, historical, and philosophical challenges to the faith.
