About the Author
Martin Nicolaus wrote this book for inpatients in a residential treatment program who asked for an alternative to the 12-Step approach. Editor of Keepers: Voices of Secular Recovery and of Presenting LifeRing Secular Recovery, the author drew on his own recovery experience, on his participation in about 1000 LifeRing meetings, and on the most current research literature in compiling this set of exercises.
