VG softcover book in illustrated wrapper has the two full-size plans for the rifle and a pistol laid in. This second edition was "Revised & Edited by George Shumway." The copyright page notes that there were "4200 copies bound in paper." vii, 189 p.: illus. (2 fold.); 22 cm. Size: Octavo (8vo; up to 9 3/4" / 20-25 cm tall). Item Type: Book. Text block is tight, bright and unmarked. The wrapper shows wear and has an area about the size of a half dollar at the top of the back cover where there is some dried residue. This book was kept in the workshop of a gunsmith, which accounts for the condition and the darkening that shows up at the folds of the plans. Quantity Available: 1.
