Text is in Spanish. Original publisher's red cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on front cover. No lettering on spine. No date, circa 1892-1910s. Boards: 5" x 3 1/2." One tipped-in, accordion-style paper leaf (folds accordion-style) with eleven black-and-white photographic illustrations, complete. Each of the panels measure about 4 3/4" x 3." Most of the illustrations measure about 2" x 3 1/4." The interior leaf is very clean and intact except for light to moderate age toning and a few tiny stains. Interior pastedown is clean and intact overall but part of the "H" in "Hauser" has been torn away and there is slight wrinkling throughout. Covers are very clean and intact overall but have very slight wrinkles to the surface, small stain at head of spine, and light to moderate darkening. A Very Good copy. This is a small and charming viewbook featuring scenes from Barcelona, Spain that are presented as illustrations taken from photographs by the firm, Hauser y Menet, based in Madrid. Each of the illustrations has a brief accompanying caption describing the subject. The first illustration is printed on two panels. The following are the captions of the illustrations herein: "Panorama desde Monjuich," "La Rambla de las Flores," "El Paseo de Colon," "Rambla del Centro," "El Paseo de Colon y Monumento Lopez," "Monumento de Colon," "Vista general del Puerto," "Plaza Real," "Parque: La Cascada," "La Cathedral: Puerta Principal," and "Arco de Triunfo."
