Synopsis:
Prince Valiant and Arn tour the violent autumn tournament circuit in this volume (covering June '63 through April '64) and uncover Modred's cunning plan to discredit Launcelot with scandalous rumors. When the plan goes awry, Modred heads for the hills, only to stumble upon a Saxon war band encampment. Arn gets himself captured but makes the most of the situation by spying on the enemy and providing crucial strategic information to the Brits.
