Gift quality hardcover in red background illustrated boards showing an Airedale on cover. Light color loss at still sharp tips. No names, tears or soil in the crisp, tight 62pp text but there is an award of merit paper affixed to hinge area of title page (it lifts up to read the title page), gifting this book to a young Maynard Lutes for perfect school attendance, June 1957, else as new. Cute illustrated endpapers, color dog illustrations throughout including brief breed standards, best jobs for said dog breed and the like.
