A collection of very short stories for children by an unknown author. With black and white illustrations by different artists. Published by Collins. Undated but an inked gift inscription on the first endpaper would suggest 1940's. Hardcover. Coloured boards with matching dust jacket. Condition: Very good. The spine is damaged at the base, the back cover is slightly marked and the endpapers are tanned, but the contents are clean and fresh. The jacket is worn with loss at the top and the base of the spine in particular. It is price clipped. An inked inscription is on the endpaper.

Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.If a book is small packaging and postage is charged at the lower rate of one pound and fifty pence, the amount being reduced when the order is processed.
It is recommended that more valuable books be insured, particularly if they are being sent overseas. I will contact the buyer with a cost prior to do so. In the UK packages sent by Royal Mail special delivery can be tracked and are insured; otherwise, though every effort is made on my part to locate an item lost in the post, I cannot accept responsibility for the loss.
