Original pale green cloth with black titles to front and spine 16 x 25cm. xxxiv + 540 + (1) + 2 index maps, numerous full-page and in-text views, in-text illustrations of lighthouses and beacons + other inserts and cautions including on pink paper. Including general information about the region, and a glossary table with columns for English, Egyptian Arabic, Anglo-Egyptian Sudanese Arabic, Hejaz Arabic, Yemeni Arabic, and British Somaliland Arabic. Covers very good or better, lightly worn and bumped to the extremities. Dusting to text block edges. Interiors fine.
