Redneck Fairytales (Paperback)

Paperback. Redneck Fairytales is a hilarious journey into the strange and bizarre world of the redneck and the redneck lifestyle as seen through the lives of Jed Ledbetter and his wayward offspring Bubba. Told in a rollicking back woodsy style of narrative that will leave the reader in stitches with laughter, the book is an adventure of innocence and astonishing ignorance among the people in Bubba's life compounded by the odd and literal personality of Bubba himself. No school can teach him. Not even church can alter his stubborn ways. His poor father Jed, who is not exactly the brightest bulb himself, can only despair of ever teaching him the facts of life. And his mother Virginia is only able to nudge him and his siblings in the right direction with very limited success. Through his self-created viewpoint about life and how things work, Bubba Ledbetter proves to be a natural disaster of biblical proportions just waiting to happen. This book is a must read for anyone in search of a good honest laugh. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.…
