[4], [6], 36, 266, 16 pages. Lacks title page. First leaf is Preface To The Ninth Edition. Table of Contents, Supplement to Cyclones and Revolving Storms, and 36 page Supplement thereafter. Retains the 16 page Reed Catalogue at rear. Signal flags fold out at page 204 is split at first fold and is lacking at lease one panel. Fold-out in Supplement is present and whole. A worn copy, with boards unprofessionally re-stitched: rear board secure, upper board attached but loose. Edges soiled; interior grubby in places. A working copy.
