My Refinery career (Paperback)

Paperback. My career is guided by God. . I tried to reflect on my career as a means to evolve than to survive. Thus a book is born Refinery career and Refined Character?"People might ask me, 'Why should I read this book? I am not an engineer. I do not work with crude oil. I do not understand thermodynamics.'My answer is simple: You may not work in a Refinery, but you must refine your Character. The Refinery I write about is not just a place of pipes, columns, and furnaces. It is a metaphor for the world we live in.The Heat is the criticism you face. The Pressure is the expectation of your family and bosses. The Crude Oil is your own raw nature-your anger, your ego, your impatience.
