Reflect, Evolve, Lead

In a world that pushes us to act fast and decide faster, true wisdom comes not from reacting, but from reflecting. Reflect, Evolve, Lead invites you to step back, examine your thought patterns, and discover the transformative power of metacognition-thinking about your thinking-through the lens of faith.

Drawing from years of experience as a pastor, educator, coach, and leader, Dr. Teddy Ott weaves together real-life stories and practical insights that show how reflection can reshape the way we live, learn, and lead. With honesty and clarity, he demonstrates how self-awareness and intentional thought can help us align our actions with our values, grow through life's challenges, and lead with authenticity.

Whether in the classroom, the workplace, the church, or at home, this book will inspire you to pause with purpose, evolve with intention, and lead with clarity. Ultimately, it reminds us that the best leadership begins not with what we do, but with how we think.
