About the Author

She was one of the inaugural winners of the President's Teaching Award at UCD and her work on the development and evaluation of innovative reflective teaching approaches has received international recognition. She is currently carrying out longitudinal research on the changing professional experiences of social workers at the beginning of their professional practice.
