Reflections of an Air Warrior

Reflections of an Air Warrior provides a birds eye view of three critical areas that cover the entire spectrum of an air warrior's career involving Flight Safety & Operations, Leadership and Air Power. By sharing his varied experiences in the field in a forthright, lucid and informal style, and expressing his opinion on issues that range from grass root flight safety issues, ethics & values in Military Leadership to Strategic Air Power, the author hopes that this book would not only serve as a ready reckoner for middle level leaders like Flight Commanders and Commanding Officers, but also as meaningful feedback for senior leadership. In fact, the diverse range of subjects with a 'people & leadership flavour' makes the book cut across service barriers; making it relevant to all walks of life.
