Reflections On a Christian Life: Why We Need Jesus

Two thousand years ago, our Creator God entered this mortal realm in the person of Jesus Messiah, fulfilling the promise He made to the children of Israel that one day He would return to dwell among His people. For three glorious years the Spirit of God was manifest among us through Christ Jesus, changing the world forever. And after the aroused evil of this world had extinguished that great light through persecution, torture, crucifixion, and death, Jesus conquered all with His triumphant resurrection and showed that evil had no power over Him. For 40 days, the risen Jesus prepared and commissioned His followers to carry forward His mission of bringing a saving knowledge of God to the entire world and making those who will listen citizens of heaven - on earth.
