Reflections from the Incredible Transformation

This short, innovative book searches for spiritual truth through business truths.

The honest, unassuming style should suit business readers who respect Jesus as a leader and teacher, even if they remain unconvinced about religion.

The book will also benefit people working in business who have a personal Christian faith. Deeper spiritual insight can be gained as our experiences at work resonate with biblical principles. This follows one of Jesus’ own strategies: to convey spiritual truths through analogies set in careers which were prevalent at that time.

Finally, all readers stand to benefit from concise management lessons and personal reflections from a former McKinsey consultant and a specialist in leading change.

A J (Andy) Sheppard is a practical coach for leaders of change. He specialises in helping leaders to work out transformations in diverse industrial operations across Europe, the USA and Asia. His insight is rooted in experiencing change as a shop floor worker, navigating change as an engineer in Shell and Crown Cork and serving as a specialist in transforming business operations for McKinsey & Company. He has a bachelor's and a master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
