Reflective Practice - Revised second edition: A handbook for early childhood educators (3)

Reflective Practice - Revised second edition develops the subject more thoroughly and includes three new chapters. It takes you on a journey that will help you to gain a greater understanding of reflective practice, where it has come from, how it relates to your practice, and how you can engage in critical reflection to build your own professional capability.

The book provides some background on the theories and concept of reflective practice and how it has come to be seen as key for early years educators. Through a series of reflective questions, it asks you to think about how you might engage in critical reflection to support your own practice and enhance outcomes for children and families.
