In as-is condition, with pages split into three parts: a disbound front cover, a separation after p. 14, and p. 15 to the end. General age-related toning and foxing to pages which does not impact readability. Small old hand signature on front cover. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A unique and scarce pamphlet on parliamentary reform in the United Kingdom in the early 19th Century. Despite the wear, this would make a wonderful candidate for rebinding.
