Virginia Ritterbusch is a life coach who has walked paths of significant change in her life. She believes everyone has the ability to lead themselves to a better place in life. Her capacity to instill that belief in others, help them commit to a goal, and take the incremental steps to creating that reality is a skill she possesses and loves to share. She has always had a thirst for reaching out and connecting with people.
Through professional help and endless reading, she began to piece together an understanding of who she was, why she was so uncomfortable in life, and what needed to be modified within herself to reduce constant stress, tension and anxiety throughout her days. She learned that trying to throw out parts of herself and start again was an impossible task and that it would only lead to more turmoil rather than the peace she was seeking--her self acceptance would have been lost. She learned that she needed to look deeply and honestly at the patterns that needed to be changed within her.
Reading became her passion and she implemented one learned strategy after another. She began seeing and feeling the benefits from her new successful life management skills. Virginia believes people are capable of making in-the-moment choices that may seem small in the moment but that ultimately will lead them to their desires and goals. Combining information and incentive sets the stage for their choosing to create change.
Through personal research and courageously stretching herself beyond what she had accepted as her lot in life, Virginia has attained a life almost free from the oppressions she once lived with.
