Cloth, no dj. 8vo. Wine-red cloth boards with blind-stamped decoration on front and rear. 216 pp., [8 pp. ads], 6 foldout diagram plates, 10 foldout musical notations. Heavy wear to boards, with significant chipping at corners and spine ends (about half-inch loss to rear side of spine head); thorough fading to spine, with title almost effaced. Hinges tender but holding strong. Expected age-toning to text block. Former owner's signature on ffep. Foldout plate 1 repaired with clear tape. Else sound.
